International delivery service and charges
- We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered in 2 working days after the order has been accepted by us and all the payment is made successfully.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges that may incur. Customer may inquire your local custom office for more details.
- Broadwaylifestyle shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the Products caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond the control of Broadwaylifestyle.
- You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the Products being in good condition and the responsibility for the Products ordered from that moment on.
- Customs will not open your package because goods are belong to shipper or consignee. However, random checking can happen to any goods, Customs will open package for inspection. Random check can also happen if your address of destination is unclear or having a history of suspicious action with the Customs before.
